Adding Perthshire raspberries to Caorunn’s distinctive botanical blend, Gin Master Simon Buley has created a fresh and fruity gin that celebrates both its artisan heritage and the rich Highland terroir.
NOSE: A blast of raspberry fruitiness with lingering vanilla softness.
TASTE: Distinctively fruity, raspberry and tart rowan to the fore. Juniper nicely balanced with Caorunn fruit elements, rowan and apple.
