The one-day event will be held on FRIDAY 15th November 2024 at AMBER, Level 2, One World Hotel from 10:00 AM to 7: 00 PM. Doors for the event will be closed for break from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

As our gift to you, all attendees who purchase a Asiaeuro 25th Anniversary Fair ticket will receive a complimentary Riedel wine glass as a keepsake. Please note: Each guest will be permitted to have one Riedel glass per ticket to be used as your personal tasting glass throughout the fair. If the glass is broken or lost, replacement will be provided only while stocks last at the price of RM30 nett per piece.

This voucher can be used for Asiaeuro products, including wines, spirits, glassware, and non-alcoholic beverages, with a minimum spending of RM600 per invoice. For further details, please refer to the Terms & Conditions stated at the back of the voucher.

Unfortunately, on-the-spot purchases for wines, spirits, glassware and non-alcoholic beverages are not available. We only accept preorders. Customers wishing to collect their products can drive through to our warehouse for pickup after payment has been made. Alternatively, delivery can be arranged within 7 working days for a minimum purchase of RM 600 per invoice. Our warehouse is located here.

No, the ticket is non-refundable, but it can be transferred. To transfer the ticket, please email the details to events@asiaeurowines.com.my.

Yes, you may purchase an entry ticket on the spot, subject to availability. However, if registration is already full, we will not be able to accommodate additional ticket purchases. Our online registration will be closed five days before the event which is 10th November 2024.

Upon arrival at AMBER, Level 2, One World Hotel, you will need to register your entry ticket. Our reception team will scan your ticket and provide you with a color-coded wristband, granting you access to the event hall. This wristband will allow you to move freely around the event and remain throughout the specific session you have selected.

To allow more people to enjoy the tastings, we have divided the day into two sessions. This ensures a more comfortable experience and lets guests choose a time that suits them best.

One World Hotel is pleased to offer a flat rate of RM7.00 nett upon validation of car parking tickets. The hotel has more than 1,800 car park bays located at Lower Ground, and Basement 1 to Basement 3. Pay stations are located on every level of the basement car park. The parking ticket validation machine is available at the event hall.

Valet parking is available and charged at an additional RM30.00 nett per vehicle, inclusive of tax. Rates quoted are subject to change without advance written notification from the hotel.
